Public Benefit Organisations

— Extra incentive for cultural ANBI

A Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) is a foreign ANBI, which means in Dutch: Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI). An organisation can only be an ANBI if it’s organisation’s efforts are almost entirely committed to the public benefit.

Donors of an ANBI may deduct their donations from income or corporation tax. To be eligible for the deduction of periodic donations, the donor and the ANBI must record the donation in an agreement.

Light of the World

— TOGETHER FOR EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

Light for the World is an international development organisation whose vision is of an inclusive society where no one is left behind and all persons participate equally in the cultural, social, political and economic environment.

Our mission is to contribute to a world in which persons with disabilities fully exercise their rights. The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities guides us. Persons with disabilities living in poverty are amongst the most excluded groups in society. They are at the centre of our work and they drive the change.

Edukans

— Worldwide, we are creating opportunities enabling children and young people to shape their futures with confidence.

Edukans is an international NGO with headquarters in the Netherlands and country offices in Malawi, Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda. We provide marginalised children and youngsters around the world with basic education and vocational training. We focus on four key themes: quality basic education, vocational education, education in emergencies and equal opportunities for boys and girls.
